Keep Shining! ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆

This post is dedicated to all the school goers. Your teen years are a time in your life when you are getting to know who you are. It is also a time in your life where you may feel the most pressure from your friends to be or behave a particular way. At this time, the desire to fit in can be such a strong one and achieving popularity is sometimes seen as the most important goal in life, you can become so focused on tying to fit in that you forget to be true to yourself.

In school status can be seen as everything, but I say to you, don't believe it all, it means nothing. Don't forget that school is for only a short period of your life, although it may feel like forever, it will soon become a thing of the past. Where you are now does not define you and your current situation is only for a moment, this is true for everyone. I promise you, that as you get older, you will come to meet people from all walks of life with different ways of looking at the world.

I encourage you to think further ahead into the future because this will enable you to see the bigger picture. Your grades will be the only thing that has to stay with you once you finish school and they will also be the only thing that will matter. Focus on your studies and you will be able to create the world that you want to live in.

If you have any insecurities or doubts about who you are now, please do not worry. Believe in yourself and love who you are, you do not need to compare yourself to anyone else. As you grow you will blossom and shine and learn to become comfortable in your own skin. All that matters is that you like who you are, so stay true to yourself and do what makes you happy. Everything that makes you unique and different is what makes you special, so don't be afraid to stand out, keep shining! ★
